When you hear the name Elvis, immediately you think of the King Of Rock and Roll. Elvis was born poor and turned in to the hottest commodity in the 60's and 70's. Elvis began as a recording artist and then a movie star. Elvis lived a very eccentric life; he lived and traveled with an entourage. He slept during the day and was up all night.


Elvis was into martial arts; he was an avid collector of badges. He even received a badge from former President Richard Nixon. Elvis even showcased his martial arts in his concerts. Elvis was very close to his mother and when she died it left him heart broken. He had her buried in the Meditation Gardens located at Graceland.


Elvis only married once to Priscilla Presley and had a beautiful baby girl Lisa Marie. She was his pride joy; Elvis even had an airplane and named it Lisa Marie. He had a huge car collection and he was very generous in nature as well. He as a great man who had some addictions that unfortunately he could not come over it and he died at the age of 42. Since his death, there has never been anyone more famous in death than in life.
